20% discount not applied but reward points used so savings were less than expected. Returning to store was a waste of time. Contacted customer services who were helpful but still feel like I have been conned. Will pay more attention to these so called discount deals in future.

She helped me with an exchange of a perfume as unfortunately I had got the wrong one for my daughter.
She was very polite friendly and went out of her way to help me she also made sure I had the right one this time.
