Had a wonderful experience in this shop today. Such a refreshing change to receive excellent customer service. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I was served by Syvin who definitely went the extra mile. She was so helpful and offered me various options before I made my purchase. She then offered to gift wrap my perfume free of charge and did it so beautifully. Was really thankful and impressed as it was a present for my mom. Will definitely buy my perfume from there again. Thankyou

Excellent Customer Service
I visited the Fort Shopping Centre today looking for a gift for a family member. I decided to visit The Perfume Shop, on entering I was greeted by Amerjeet who then went on to serve me. She was extremely helpful and showed me all the latest perfumes. I selected the La Vie Est Belle, and she definitely went the extra mile when gift wrapping my item. Her help was amazing and I will definitely visit there again. 5 stars for Amerjeet.
