Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Much appreciated! They gift wrapped and and created personalised ribbons for my gifts. Let us sit and was friendly and attentive and took interest. They were smiley friendly and efficient! Excellent Service The Perfume Shop in Bluewater…
I visited The Perfume Shop in Bluewater Shopping Centre today.
I was served by Siobhan who was extremely helpful, she asked what I was looking for and went through different sizes and prices that was available.
She is a credit to The Perfume Shop, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be visiting this store in future and hopefully have Siobhan serve me again.
