Great personal service
From start to finish I received excellent service. My assistant found the perfume I aanted, ordered it as it was not in stock and I had it posted to the store. When I went to get it she gift wrapped it for me .Perfect.

Jo and Rachel were wonderful and so helpful
Went into the shop today with my dad to get some perfume for my mum. We were served by Jo and Rachel and they were both wonderful. Considering we’re 2 guys who don’t really have a clue what we were looking at they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond.

Amazing staff at Braintree freeport
I didn't catch the lady's name but she was super helpful in the Braintree freeport branch. She offered to go into the storage and pick up some Xmas gift sets that weren't in the store yet . Thanks so much ✨️💖
