Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Eleorah at Brixton store 🏆🏆🏆
I went into The Perfume Shop in Brixton this afternoon and was served by Eleorah. She was very calm by nature, polite and happy to help. There were two products that I intended to purchase but unfortunately they were not available. In no time, Eleorah helped me find a solution and I left the store happy with my purchase. Can management please give her the credit where it is due please. I can see the branches sales increasing if the team work together the way I saw Eleorah work alongside her colleagues.
