Amazing customer service by Lisa
I came into the shop and was greeted warmly by Lisa. Lisa helped me find the fragrances I was looking for to gift others, and helped me find some for myself by giving excellent recommendations.
I had to return to the shop as I needed another fragrance, and again, Lisa welcomed me back with a warm greeting and a smile, and again, helped me find the other fragrances I needed. Along with this, we had a good conversation about each fragrance and what we thought about them. Overall amazing experience and the best customer service from Lisa and the others.

The Cambridge Shop (Grafton Centre).
