Amazing service by Leona in the Cardiff store
I was served by the wonderful Leona at the Cardiff store, and the experience was exceptional. She took the time to walk me through the different variants within my favourite fragrance range, the Armani Stronger With You collection, including some of the newer and improved releases.
Leona was incredibly knowledgeable and generous with her time, offering expert advice throughout. As a result, I purchased my usual go-to variant as well as the new limited-edition Amber fragrance.
She was very attentive in making sure I chose the right fragrances, encouraging me to experience them both on a sample card and on my skin before making a decision. She also kindly provided me with some additional samples to try in the future, thoughtfully selecting them based on the types of scents I enjoy so I can expand my fragrance choices going forward.
Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail truly stood out, and the level of service she provided was outstanding.

Excellent Service - Leona (Cardiff)
I’ve had several excellent visits to the perfume shop and have been served by Leona each time. She has been brilliant. Her knowledge of the different brands and fragrances is outstanding, and she always takes the time to explain which scents work best for different occasions.
Whenever I visit, I genuinely look out for Leona because I know I’ll receive honest advice and thoughtful recommendations. She listens carefully to what I’m looking for and never rushes the process, which makes the experience feel personal rather than transactional.
Every fragrance I’ve purchased based on her guidance has received compliments, which says a lot about how well she understands both the products and her customers.
Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really set her apart. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and makes choosing a fragrance an enjoyable experience every time. An absolute credit to the store.
