I went to the shop in Chester to return a parcel that I ordered by mistake ,the staff were so helpful they did everything for me

The staff in the Chester store go above and beyond. They are so friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure to shop there.

Welcoming shop and very friendly staff. Sophie was very knowledgeable, listened well and gave good advice. Not over pushy, which would have put me off. She and her colleague, Sarah, were very helpful.

Thank you Sarah and Hayden for wonderful service and helping to choose the correct perfume. Ironically I went in for a certain perfume, I purchased that along with another bottle promoted by the wonderful Sarah.
It’s a lovely shop with a friendly atmosphere. The shop had lovely displays and it’s an encouraging to buy extras. Again thank you for a lovely experience both xx

Popped in with my mum last week and was blown away by the level of service provided by Sophie. She took the time to explain the current promotions and gave fantastic advice on products. Sophie is such a friendly and helpful member of staff nothing was too much trouble. We even came back to buy more the same day. Thank you Sophie we'll definitely be back again soon .
