Today my wife and I called into the Darlington branch, we were greeted and served by a plesant young lady called Sophie, she was very helpful and explained the various fragrances we were interested in.
As a VIP member, some of the saved points were used which gave a good discount. Plus the 20% discount currently on offer.
Today we purchased Mugler, Jean Paul Gautier, Prada, Givency, having tested the variations. Sophie, was very helpful and presented great customer service, she is a credit to the store.

Sophie - Darlington 100% brilliant
Sophie! If I was still running a business I would be poaching this young lady. What an absolutely 100% switched on, multi tasking, friendly, considerate, attentive, patient, sales lady. Her product knowledge is immense. Nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't sure what I wanted and I was conscious i was taking up so much time when other customers came in - but she greeted and acknowledged them - 1st rule of customer facing roles! I suggested she served them too, which she did but never let her focus drift off from me too. Multi tasking customer service. Once I eventually decided and bought, I told her how impressed I was. It is so very rare to find staff of such high caliber - move over lord sugar you're fired ! Sophie is in the house. !!!
PS Ann was working too and had been on a work call/zoom but came out as soon as she could and was also very attentive.
