Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Great customer service, always ask a member of the team if you're unsure about anything or need advice, personal recommendation ask for Haley (staff) - knows her stuff about perfumes and cologones and will go above and beyond to get you your fragrance, gift, personal treat or anything in-between see Haley (staff) she'll find you the best of the best

I had an amazing time at TPS Derby…
I had an amazing time at TPS Derby Level One, I got served by almost everyone in the store. I went in to buy one item and left wanting to buy the whole store. I think her name was Nicole served me so so well and made me feel less shy, even though i am very shy. Robbie and Hailey helped me chose the perfect scent for myself and Lynne the sweetest lady showed me how to wrap. THANK YOU ALL xxx

What a way to turn a Paige!
Page in the Derbion ground floor was absolutely fantastic.
Exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile ( not for commission ) but to ensure that I had the scent notes, I described and loved.

Excellent customer care service
I ordered some aftershave for my husband at Derbion store 370 in Derby on Monday,the item wasn’t in stock but Hayley was excellent- really helpful & ordered it in then notified me that it was in store ready for collection the next day,very impressive customer service I’ll not hesitate to visit again
