Fantastic service from your colleagues in the Eastbourne store today. Rachel who was my server really knew the products and gave me the best advice and education on fragrance that I never even knew I needed. She was so knowledgable and friendly and even told me what notes were in each scent.
Truly remarkable service from well presented and professional staff with a friendly welcoming atmosphere on the store from her and her colleague Vicky. Definitely will be going back there again soon.

I bought Chanel perfume and I am very disappointed. The perfumes are fake and they don't smell. I bought the same perfume in another store and it is very different.

Because of her service I bought the perfume that she recommended and I tell you what she is really an asset to the company. I think the perfume shop should employe girls like her all across their shops
