I tried the tester for Valentino Born…
I tried the tester for Valentino Born In Roma Donna For Her Eau de Parfum Spray, as I have not used this perfume before. The longevity was amazing, consequently, the next day I went to Fosse Park Store and spent £467 on perfume. I was mortified that when I took a bottle back, as you could hardly smell it, and the longevity didn't compare to the tester, to be told they couldn't exchange it, or give me a refund. I am so very disappointed. For the cost of this perfume £140 a bottle, I expect to be able to still smell it after a couple of hours. In store, they sprayed a bit of my perfume on a test strip which after a couple of minutes you couldn't smell it. They said it's fine nothing wrong! Surely the good name of Valentino would want to keep customers happy? I said if they consider my bottle to be ok use it as a tester. They refused. Very unhelpful.

We understand your disappointment, especially when expectations based on a tester don’t align with the product purchased. Please rest assured that all our products — including testers and full-size bottles — are genuine and sourced directly from the brand.
That said, variations can sometimes be noticed between testers and sealed bottles due to batch differences, environmental conditions, or skin chemistry. While we regret that our store team were unable to offer a refund or exchange on a used fragrance, we do appreciate your feedback and will pass this on internally.

I went into the perfume shop today and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who assisted me to find the perfect scent for me. I was served by Emily who was lovely and friendly and served me with great customer service. definitely recommend this store its really organised and the staff are great!!

Absolutely lovely shop
Absolutely lovely shop,when u go in u get a warm, lovely welcome,everyone I have delt with over the counter really does know their stuff on different dates perfumes, what perfume u may like…. I’ve especially had very good customer service from a lovely lady called Charlotte!! I do know she has been working at the perfume shop for quite a few years now’s, she is full of knowledge when it comes to all the perfumes and aftershaves.i always recommend this lovely shop to family and friends.

I went into the perfume shop in fosse park. Where a lady called Annie went out of her way she has Excellent customer service and needs to be Recognise for this her service and her Team was very Professional nothing was to much trouble 10-10 for this.
