Hi this the ever worost customer service if you have any problem to return items they take it personly and arguments with the customer threat the customer there the girls they almost try to fight with customers plz nobody go on this shop and the comany selling fake products when you buy a perfume they do,nt have smell like original and its even never last 10 minutes so plz do,nt buy frome them they give you a customer service numebr they never attend the call and when you chatt with them what they said shop peolple never accept it they will never listen what the customer service said

It’s also worth noting that fragrance performance can vary depending on several factors, such as whether the perfume is an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette, your skin chemistry, climate, and even long-term use. Sometimes it’s also possible to become “nose blind” to certain scents over time this is a natural sensory response where familiar smells become harder to detect.

Incredible service
I had amazing service from Rahbail. She was incredibly patient and helpful as I was unsure as I had to shop for Christmas presents. She left it behind the counter as I had to come back the next day, where Christina served me. She was super helpful with everything and did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping. Would definitely recommend and come back if this is the customer experience you get.
