We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I had a wonderful experience at the perfume shop in Leicester recently. The store had a great selection of fragrances, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. What made my visit even better was the outstanding help from two colleagues(Aaisha,Alpana) who were incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their excellent customer service truly stood out, and I’ll definitely be returning again. Highly recommended!

It was a Saturday weekend and we went for the Leicester high Cross then we went to the perfume shop for window-shopping, on the floor sales executive Brianna she explained all the perfumes and our kids like that so we brought a perfume so I really appreciate her effort and the shop is clean and tidy really recommended it
