An amazing experience as a first time buyer
It was my first visit to the shop today to buy a perfume, and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a smile by Oliviamae, who was really polite and helpful. She introduced me to a wide range of fragrances and thoughtfully guided me through testing them.

Helpful & friendly lady
I visited the store on Friday 3rd April with my family. I purchased an perfume for my sisters birthday.
I was greeted by Grace who was so very helpful in helping choose a fragrance. She was professional and patient as there is nothing worse than pushy sales people and I ended up buying 2 bottles in the end! Thankyou Grace!

Came into the perfume shop recently with no idea what to buy. I was served by a young girl called Grace, she was very polite and smiley, offered to gift wrap my purchase as it was a gift for a friend. Ella was super helpful!
Came into this store clueless, but was greeted by this lovely girl who was super friendly and genuine! Ella was patient with all my needs and questions, and helped me find the perfect gifts, which I stupidly left till the day before. As someone who does all my shopping online, due to anxiety, Ella made me feel at ease. She wrapped my purchases whilst asking me about my day and even cracked a few jokes. I will definitely be returning, as I have never felt this comfortable in a shop before! Thank you Ella!
