Great personal experience
Rukshar helped me today at the Marble Arch branch. She was fantastic and helped me find something that fits my criteria. She was very knowledgeable and provided a great service. This was my first time at the branch, I normally go to the Victoria one, but since that is now closed, I'll be returning to the Marble Arch branch in the future!

Marble arch Nusrat

Rukshas’ customer service is phenomenal, i went to find a gift for my wife with my daughter and after helping us pick out the perfect scent she went above and beyond by spraying the gift wrapping and personalising the ribbon before finally handing us free perfume samples, you can tell she loves her job and she deserves praise for it, thanks Rukshas!

and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect fragrance. Their knowledge about the perfumes was impressive, and they guided me through various options without any pressure.
I especially appreciated how they made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such personalized service these days. I love going to the perfume shop in Marble Arch. They have great staff and a big thank you to Cristina . She is amazing, she knows the perfume I like and she always take good care of me whenever I walk in to buy my perfume (viva la Vida, juicy couture ) .
