We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Chloe, outstanding customer service!
I was greeted by the lovely Chloe in your Meadowhall store today. She was friendly, attentive and very knowledgable on all the perfumes. I had no intention of buying a perfume that day until Chloe informed me about the travel perfume bottle (I just so happened to be going on holiday the next day.) She wasn’t pushy in the slightest and instead asked all of the right questions and listened to what sort of scent I liked. She came back with lots of testers for me to try. I felt like she had all the time in the world for me and that’s what makes her stand out. Chloe is an absolute credit to the company and has outstanding customer service! Thank you so much.
