I had a fantastic experience at this shop, and I really want to give a special shout-out to Tamzeen! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and Tamzeen truly went above and beyond. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, Sanaa was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as she helped me decide a gift for my wife for our anniversary and helped to me create a hamper for her that was tailored! I also had the same brilliant customer service last year when Sanaa had helped the also.

I had such a lovely experience at the shop. The customer service was excellent, and the environment felt so welcoming from the moment I walked in.
One thing I really loved is that they offer small bottles for £10, which you can fill with any perfume you’d like to try — such a great idea!
A special thank you to Sana, who assisted me. She was absolutely amazing — so kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. She took her time with me and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I will definitely be coming back as a customer. Highly recommend!
