Cleveland Centre- Grace was lovely
I visited the Cleveland Centre store today and was served by Grace. She was very attentive, helpful and friendly. We tried a number of fragrances and she let me take my time in choosing a gift set. There was no pressure to buy just amazing customer service and first class attention. Grace kindly gave me a couple of free samples as part of my purchase which made the visit memorable and will make me return in the future. Grace had a lovely attitude and was genuinely interested in helping me pick the perfect fragrance for my daughter.
