The staff in Newtownards on 11th April were so helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for in stock but took some time to find it for me online and arranged for it to be posted to my address. Nothing was any trouble to them. Excellent service.

My local branch ( Ards Shopping Centre) was absolutely an excellent shopping perfume gift experience.
I was served , (for a special birthday perfume present) by Angela there , and she was the most helpful, nicest and experienced sales lady I’ve ever met when seeking to buy a perfume there! With advice, cheery personality, ensuring I had my gift had a lovely personalised ribbon , then wrapped & put in gift bag with perfume spritzed tissue paper on top - she even added some sample bottles with it all at the end of it all , and ensured I received my discount as a loyalty card customer!
It really made my day and would definitely recommend the Perfume Shop there to friends & family without a doubt.

Debbie & Angela in Ards 170 went above and beyond to help me find an aftershave suited to my young nephew's taste. Nothing was too much trouble. They were patient, informative, knowledgeable and suggested many brands and varying smells to try and find a gift that suited the budget and taste. Every shop needs girls like these. What a great asset they are to The Perfume Shop. I will return here when gifting scent to anyone. Thank you so much 💙

The one outstanding element in my visit to the Perfume Shop was the helpfulness of the person dealing with me. Her name was Angela 170 and in assisting there was nothing that was too much trouble.

Though the shop was busy the Manageress took time to help source the right product and order it for me.

The delivery guy was staring through my window he had to climb onto my window ledge and I had no clothes on

Experience was a good one as The Perfume Shop in the Newtownards Shopping centre is very close to where we live so didn't have to travel very far and the member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful.

We were looking to buy opium pour homme eau de toilette and they didn't have it in the Newtownards, Co Down, Northern Ireland store so the girl ordered it online, we got a discount and it was delivered to our home address and very promptly too!

I was looking for a best birthday gift, when we passed the shop, I was thinking maybe perfume is the best but the thing is since I am new to the place I didn't know any brand or any smell of the perfume. Really, I don't have any idea what to buy. I was afraid to come in because I don't know what to say and what brand I should tell because I don't really know anything 😅 and in my mind maybe its very expensive 🤭 but my husband told me english people like perfume, so I took courage to enter the shop. And when I enter the shop, Angela is there with Beth. In my mind, I keep asking what should I say, then eventually my mouth open and asking and telling the truth that I am new and know nothing about the brand of the perfume either the smell. But Angela was very good to me, she helping me the best gift ever. She done a huge of testing perfume, I think I am drunk because a lot perfume I smell 🤣🤣🤣 I think more than 20 different perfume. She is really good and very long patience to me until I got my favorite smell of perfume, actually thats not for me its a gift 🤣🤣 I just assuming for me😂 she has no any hesitation if I walk out or buy something. She's trying to help me and introduce some brand and best perfume ever and also the prices. I am afraid if she gave the expensive one but lucky I am I got the best price ever👌😍😍I was shock and very thankful to her. I am very well accommodated and satisfied to their services. And also, after I paid it, I didn't expect that a huge gift awaited. Oh my gosh, seriously a lot of gifts I recieved from them and it doesn't end it there yet aside the best price, a lots of gifts, I also got a big discount 😳😳😳🙉🙉🙉 wow, generally Angela and Beth made my day today.
