I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Donna in The Perfume Shop in Nuneaton, and I must say – this was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!
Donna is not only incredibly knowledgeable about perfumes, but she also has an amazing talent for finding the perfect scent for each customer.
