Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. First of all I called a day before to Peckham store when i saw a good bargain online and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful to reserved a perfume for me and I went the following day to pick it up and mannerisms made me buy one more perfume, her name is Lee and I hope I got the spelling right

My box was opened and the free sample was stolen.
I know its free and the person who stole it cant afford luxary things but if I liked it I coukd of brought it.

Free sample vials are very small items and in rare cases they can become loose during packing, handling, or transit, which may result in them not being present when the order is collected. However, we fully appreciate why this would be disappointing.
You are more than welcome to visit your nearest store where our team will be happy to provide you with a complimentary sample for you to try if they are available.

No item, disorganised and poor service
My item was due for an express collection on Friday, it is now Monday, and the item has not been processed or sent yet. The perfume shop customer service has been unhelpful as i can't cancel it through them and advised to do it via the store whose phone line is disconnected. I was advised to physically go to the store to query an update which is inconvenient. Never again
