We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Amazing customer service by SARAH
Me and my daughter went into the Peterborough store in the Queensgate shopping centre. My daughter wanted to buy a ghost perfume the lovely lady called SARAH couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. She allowed my daughter to smell all the different scents and even wrote down which one was which. She even explained how best to wear your perfume so it lasts and others can smell it. My daughter chose the one she loved. SARAH also signed me up for the loyalty card and we got a further discount and SARAH gave me a sample of my favourite perfume that I explained I would come back to buy in the next coming weeks once paid. She was positive and helpful and made our experience positive and memorable and we will be returning to that store 100% thank you SARAH amazing customer service!

Exceptional customer service
My partner and I visited the perfume shop and could not of had a better experience. We were served by Natalie who was fantastic. She was highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient and we could not of asked for better customer service.
I highly recommend this store and a massive thank you to Natalie for making our day. We will certainly be returning.
