Ordering from the website was quick & easy. I found exactly what I was looking for & was able to use my discount for teachers code which was a fantastic discount . Delivery was also super fast.

The sales assistant was very approachable, she was very polite and nothing was too much bother. She then gift wrapped our 4 bottles of perfume and aftershave beautifully. Would highly recommend your store to family and friends.

Price was reasonable and the gift wrap with personalized ribbon was a nice touch.

I received my item quiet quickly and at a reduced price, it was easy for me to order it and pay on line

The perfume I bought from the shop online and the tester I used in the shop in Romford they both are very different because after wedding the test of Perfume in the shop that lasted me for a whole day and the perfume bottle I have received it doesn’t last even for two hours And also they sent some free Dior samples and they were broken. There’s nothing in it but the main concern was why I like that Perfume in the shop and what happened when I received here is shocking.
So please look into this and explain to me

When I purchased one of my favourite perfumes it was supposed to come with a gift. The Gift set did not come on the delivery sadly. But yesterday I walked to the Romford branch of the Perfume and showed my receipt and the explained what happened and the male attendant was kind enough and gave me the gift. I was delighted and thankful, this little things really can make you day! Thanks again to the lovely gentleman at the Romford Branch!

Disappointing Experience with Missing Product Claim I ordered 2 gift sets and I was excited to receive it. Unfortunately, the product never arrived. When I contacted customer service about my missing order, I was disappointed to find that my claim was denied without a clear explanation lack of support and communication has left me frustrated. I expected better from a company of this stature, and I hope they can improve their customer service and order fulfillment processes in the future and refund me or send me a replacement of my order.
