Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I highly recommend this store. Customer service was great. Daniel was very kind, knowledgeable, and was incredibly helpful. Gift wrapping was done with skill, and the personalised ribbon is such a great touch.
Very clean shop, and nicely presented. I wouldn’t hesitate visiting again or recommending the store to others.

Popped in to get a Gift for my Wife. Lovely young lady Keira, provided me with excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & considerate to my needs. I came in to the store and met with Linda and Daniel who helped me to purchase two perfumes. Warm welcome
Walked into the shop and received a lovely welcome from Linda and her colleague. I knew what I wanted and she took me directly to the aftershave I was interested in. Also suggested I smelt the newer version. After deciding what I wanted Linda helped me choose a bottle which was larger and less price. She went through a few deals with me then wrapped up the aftershave and put it in a nice wee bag. Very helpful and lovely to speak too. Thanks Linda.
