Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Great customer experience

Amazing service!!
I had such a lovely experience at This store today thanks to Natalie. She was friendly, patient and really knowledgeable about the different fragrances. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect perfume without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her customer service was excellent and she made the whole experience really enjoyable. Natalie is a real credit to the store and I’ll definitely be returning!

Leni the perfume shop superstar!!
Every time I come to the perfume shop on Powis street SE18, I am always greeted the warmest welcome by Leni.
She is a STAR. On several occasions Leni has looked after me and always lets me know of the deals and special sales and she is a credit to the company!
I always feel special when I come to this store and when I want my next cologne I will be coming back to see Leni at the perfume shop.
