Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Outstanding service from Ciaron in York
Ciaron is a credit to your York establishment. What a friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable young man. I'd already purchased an EDT elsewhere but Ciaron provided me with the same product (plus an additional item in a gift set) for half ghe price I originally paid at your competitor. I purchased 2 from Ciaron and took my other product back 😊.
If I could give Ciaron 6 stars, it still wouldn't be enough. Thank you.

Fantastic Service and Knowledge
Very good service. The young man on the till had an extensive knowledge of perfumes which helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. He was able to recommend new fragrances based off my girlfriend’s current perfume and gave me the space to make the right decision - she loved it. I will definitely be returning for help choosing a new fragrance for myself!

Exceptional service
I was recently served by Jess at the York City Centre Branch and she provided exceptional customer service. I was instantly met with a friendly face, she was so attentive and she was extremely patient, allowing me to take as much time as I needed. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed by her at all which is very uncommon. She was very helpful and offered to give me many different options and testers , you can tell she has a lot of knowledge surrounding the fragrances. I usually tend to buy perfumes online, however I will definitely be buying all future fragrances in store from now on because of this experience. Well done Jess!
