I would highly recommend Rob. From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth. He was extremely responsive, reliable and professional throughout, and kept me clearly informed at every stage.

The issue I had was a fairly awkward leak with a concealed toilet cistern and limited access, but Rob took the time to explain the different options available and was clear about what each would involve, which made it much easier to decide how to proceed.

He arrived when he said he would, carried out the work carefully and professionally, and left everything tidy afterwards. I really appreciated how straightforward and transparent he was throughout the whole process.
