I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! I have been charged for three boxes and haven’t seen one of them. I have contacted them and haven’t heard back from them. I am out that money and pissed bc it was originally a Christmas gift. Sorry I just realized I have paid for 4 boxes and haven’t received any of them!!!!

This company is a joke. Do not give them your money.

I’m writing this due to my original review being taken down. I ordered a wizards of the coast box on September 26,2024 I waited to see if there was an update in the shipping and eventually I forgot that I even ordered it until a coworker and I were talking and he asked me if I had gotten anything cool out of the box I ordered. It was mid NOVEMBER when I finally realized these people just took my money. I messaged customer service and they responded with the pathetic excuse that the items were still in transit and that it would be shipped out by the end of the week. I gave these people almost 3 full weeks after that response and still no update on the item being shipped. I canceled my order and had to call my bank to get my money back. Please do yourself a favor and purchase products from actual small businesses who go above and beyond to earn your business and deliver a quality product within a reasonable time. Or at least offer some sort of transparency when items are delayed. These people are nothing but thieves as the many other similar reviews will confirm.

SCAM!!!!

This company is creating shipping labels and never actually sending off the package itself. Therefor you can’t even make a claim with them or USPS because neither of them have said “packaged”. They are a complete scam and waste of money and I hope karma gets them

Please contact USPS if there was an issue with delivery, as there was no insurance paid for at checkout. I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion. I've been trying to contact them about a pre-order. That I was suppose to receive last month.
They've said it's been shipped but when looking up tracking number, usps hasn't received it.
And I'm currently having the same problem with another order from them.

So far I’ve been extremely dissatisfied with Pokenest. Pre ordered surging sparks over a month before release, was excited because the site says “be the first to receive new product” and “preorder items will ship by release date” but that’s been the complete opposite of my experience. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, received only one email stating it was suppose to ship by Tuesday the nov 12th, today is now the 17th and I still have received no update. I have three emails sent with no response since the initial response and I feel like I may never receive my product. Was very excited to open these with my wife and kids close to release date but now I’ve had to continually lie to them saying it’s coming, should arrive soon. When I have no idea what’s going on. Ended up buying a few booster bundles from GameStop just to give the kids something to open. I get delays happen but your communication is by far the worst of any Pokemon site I’ve ever ordered from. Definitely avoid this seller no matter what deals they are running. Wish they seemed to care about their customers but they do not. If I could rate it 0/5 I would…
Just wanted to add to it in regards to the comment, I placed my order October 12th, and received my product December 11th. Release date was Nov 8th. The response proves that lack of care even more. At least in the end, I did receive my product.

Over a month, no items

Placed an order on September 28th. Still do not have anything and they do not respond to emails anymore. Tracking still says waiting for item but they told me it shipped on September 29th. They told me after I contacted them about 2 weeks after the order was supposed to arrive that after 30 days they would send out a replacement but now they just won't respond.
Edit to response: They are lying, I never received another email about the replacement being shipped, and USPS said they never received any package from them, not even the first. So now 3 months later and never received the items, with no intention to actually send them.

So angry with this company

So angry with this company! I have had a subscription for 6 months now and have received NOTHING. Every month my payment is taken out and every month nothing. No phone number to cal AND no answer to email or online chat! Don’t buy from these people as there is no way to resolve any issues with no ability to phone and talk to a living person!

Lazy company

Trash company, please do not give this lazy company a dime of your money. It's like it's all coming in from China cause it takes longer to receive product than ordering China direct. Dodging emails, people like this don't deserve to be in the hobby and I will not support thief's. My package is in preshipment and has been there for 20 days!!! Scam! Trash! Lazy! Oh on top of that it seem they have no accountability as well seeing as they tried to remove My review instead of messaging me directly to fix the issue and I would have removed or atleast edited my review....very disappointed.

No communication /bad product

I have 2 orders and it has been about a week. i have sent multiple emails asking about my order no communication whatsoever. Will update review when resolved.

Update- they finally got back to me and was given a time line to receive my orders . Hopefully the 2-3 week wait time will be worth it.

Update 11-4 -24 received both my $150 and $280 mystery boxes. Absolutely dissatisfied they gave me 6 slabs and a couple packs. ALL 6 SLABS WHERE THE SAME POKEMON .how can a mystery box give 6 slabs of non holo junk??? Not even 1 cool card. So much for mystery when every card is a damn houndoom. Will never buy from here again. Don't waste your money with this seller.

The do apologize that your experience was not what you would've expected. The slabs were not non-holo. Market price on them was well above $350. We typically create themes on our higher-tiered mystery boxes. Please note that you can always put in requests for mystery boxes prior to ordering! Thanks.

Received no shipment since the day I ordered

I have not received my order. I am writing this at 10/22, but the order has not been updated since 16/10 (stuck at “pre-shipment”).
Update: still no shipment update since then. 11/5

Do not risk it

I ordered the $250 mystery box and a random other $2 pick. After a week of waiting, I reached out to seller. Seller said that it would be sent shortly. Cool. Since it didn't arrive within a week, I ordered from 3 other shops. All 3 shops delivered their products within 3 days. 2 weeks go by, and seller said that it will be shipping in a week. Ok. Another week goes by, I reach out to seller, and they say that it was sent to USPS and it should update within 24-48 hours. 3 days later I called USPS, no order has arrived. I wait another week. No order. Because all the lies and based on other reviews, I assume this is a scam business to profit off of shipping fees while refunding the value of just the
product. I skipped a step and went straight to my bank to charge back. Will not be ordering again, and will warn anyone I know.

Seller has attempted to say my review contains harmful or illegal content, in order to get it removed. On his "About Company" page of the website, it says that he has reported 14 different one star reviews for the same reasons, and all but one of their reports were declined by trustpilot. If someone is scamming people and trying to remove their review, that should be a major red flag! Buyer beware!
