The Polyglot Path Avis 

I worked with Julia for several months to get ready for a trip to Brazil with my husband and our three young kids to visit his family and attend two family weddings. I'd tried learning Portuguese on my own for years without much progress and knew I needed something different, which led me to Julia.
When we got to Brazil, the family was blown away by how much I'd improved since they'd seen me a year earlier, and they were so excited to finally chat with me. I ordered food for my kids at restaurants, went shopping on my own, and handled my needs and my children's needs without leaning on my husband, which was exactly my goal.
Julia tailored every lesson to what I actually needed, like small talk at weddings, conversations with family, and getting around with kids. She's easy to work with, never makes you feel slow, and knows when to step back if you're getting overwhelmed. She's also your biggest cheerleader! She's kept in touch since my trip to answer questions and check in on me.
I felt so comfortable with her, and it showed in my progress. Her lessons helped me feel closer to my family. I can't recommend her enough!

I started lessons with Julia to improve my French so I could speak it with my girlfriend. Having not studied French since school, I was surprised by how quickly I progressed.

Her approach is super bespoke, and Julia made a real effort to tailor the lessons to my requirements. Notes from our lessons and homeworks were maintained by Julia online, which makes it really easy to pick up where we left off and revisit topics.

She also made me feel at ease from the first lesson and let me work at my own pace I couldn’t recommend Julia and the Polygot Path highly enough!! Merci pour tout !

I can't thank Julia enough for being such an incredible Portuguese teacher. Her teaching style is structured yet flexible, combining grammar, vocabulary, and practical conversation seamlessly and also continuous support outside of the classes. Every class feels like chatting with a supportive friend who truly cares about your progress. The classes are tailored according to your pace and needs and cover everything from grammar to slang words.

After committing myself to become fluent in Brazilian Portuguese this year 🇧🇷 I ended up taking a month following Julia’s polyglot path. This was the cherry on the cake for me. Julia sees exactly what your areas of improvement are and tailors a plan for your needs. She also adapts to your learning style and gives you homework. If you are really serious about learning a language to fluent/ native level I highly recommend Julia as your teacher. I would suggest you already know the basics of your language to get the most value out for your experience!

As Julia´s first online classes student i have nothing but good things to say. The notion dashboard and her guidance gave me the structure i never had learning.

Before Julia i had group classes in a language school in Valencia. They switched teacher three times in one week. I didn´t feel comfortable making mistakes.

With Julia´s help it made living in Valencia and travelling Colombia so much easier. I´m now a B1.
