Unresponsive, 0 Customer Service, Unhappy
I wanted to try some fragrances but they did not arrive. So far it is 5 days overdue from the expected delivery date and no one responds to any emails on their help email. I will be cancelling my order and filing a chargeback claim within 2 days. From my experience, I find it hard to believe many of the reviews here and on their website as being trustworthy. Unsatisfied and will be trying another perfume provider instead.

The perfume itself was awful
The perfume itself was awful, nothing like description. I emailed their customer service twice, emails returned unsent. I cant get in touch with the company at all, and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone

Happy experience
This was my first time buying from Premium Fragrance. I bought the Ibiza perfume, which is for those who like the Original Poison. I think I actually prefer the Ibiza version, a little bit softer, and much cheaper. I will definitely buy again. The company communicates very well. I like the fact that delivery is free, big incentive for me, even if delivery is a little slow.
