Thanks for your feedback :)
I will address the delivery timeframes first - your order was placed on a Friday evening for Saturday delivery, at which time I sent an email to explain that it wouldn’t leave us until Monday for Tuesday delivery. We didn’t hear back from you, so went on to send the gift.
The gift box you chose is in our top 5 best sellers and we’ve not yet had a complaint about it. Due to two products being deleted, there are substitutions in place but they are noted in the hamper description and we think they are a superior item. I would love it if you could email us to let us know what was underwhelming, so we can look into any improvements that need to be made :)
