Very user friendly website and ordering process. Lots of great options. Beautiful presentation of the gifts. Tiny bit disappointed with the value for money - quite expensive for the items, but overall a great company.

Same day delivery didn't happen
I ordered the box in the morning (well before the stated 2pm cut off), but same day delivery didn't happen. The recipient then went away the following day which resulted in the box sitting on their doorstep for 3 days.

Hi Jules, I am really sorry but it seems you have misunderstood our delivery information. We are unable to offer same day delivery and we try to make that as clear as possible. Here is what our delivery info says: "Order before 2pm on any working day + we will dispatch that day (dispatch means the day your gift leaves us - we are unable to offer same day delivery). Please check our delivery timeframes to see how long your gift may take to arrive".

Paid extra for Sat delivery, but was delivered Fri
The food items were delivered timely and the recipient enjoyed it.
My negative comment, is I paid an extra $10 for Saturday delivery (day before Easter) but it was delivered on Friday :((

The parcel was never delivered
The parcel was never delivered. I booked delivery before Easter and when I messaged my daughter to see if it had arrived she said that they hadn't received it. Still not been delivered by today 9th April. Please look into this.
Following this review I was contacted by the company owner who went out of her way to sort the problem successfully. Very pleased with the response, the Easter gift was delivered and thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend Pressie Box.

The tracking link that was emailed to you on dispatch shows that delivery was attempted twice and card was left by the courier to arrange collection or redelivery.
We have attempted to call the phone number on your order, but it seems to be incorrect. I have also emailed you to get to the bottom of it for you but haven't heard back :)

Great service
We organised a "get well" Pressie Box for a work colleague. The courier had noted it was damaged in transit before delivery. After a quick phone call, a replacement Pressie Box was sent immediately and was delivered to the recipient the following day. The colleague was delighted with the gift box. Great customer service! Highly recommend. Will definitely use again both personally and professionally. Thank you so much :)
