I ordered an EU 40 , which I have in every single other shoe. Unfortunately it's at least 2 sizes too small.

Messaged them at their refunds and info emails about returning my shoes. Messaged their chat bot. Nothing. Still don't have any confirmation or even a reply about being able to return my order.

I have been wearing the Proper Sneakers for over 2 years, and the quality is unmatched! Their products are very comfortable, and I love that everything is made from sustainable materials. The T-shirts are also high quality and breathable, and the color does not fade over time. I also had a great experience with their customer service team - when I needed to change the size of my sneakers, they sent the new pair to me immediately, and the shipping was quick and efficient. Overall, I will continue shopping with The Proper Label :)

Love these Hemptons
The website's layout looks great and very user friend. The sneakers i ordered fit great true to Size. The sneaker are made creaseless which I love because they'll always look new as long as you don't get them dirty. Delivery did take longer than expected but was reassured. Over all it was a great experience, great product. Highly recommended.
