At the start of the day I felt very out of my comfort zone, but John put us all at ease straight away. Throughout the course he not only helped me with tips/tools to overcome my nerves when it came to speaking in larger groups but I also learnt a lot about myself and by the end of the day my confidence was through the roof!

I can't thank John enough!

This is a wonderful course and such value for money. It covers practical tools and techniques but it also deals with the deeper problem - our unconscious resistance that creates the fear of speaking freely, whether public speaking or just showing up authentically in our day-to-day life. The course material is a perfect balance between challenging and fun.

I absolutely loved John’s one day course. The course was filled with great content and tips on how to become a great public speaker. It was full of information I hadn’t heard before and John had us getting stuck in and getting comfortable to talking in front of people. John was able to answer any question asked in great detail and we got an information pack to keep at the end with essential points from the session and exercises to practice at home. I had a presentation 3 days after the course where I needed to present to 200 people, I was panicking that I had left getting a speaking course too late but it was perfect practice before the big event and the presentation went amazingly well and I got a chance to practice breathing techniques and other exercises beforehand. Thank you John!

The Public Speaking Course turned out to be a lot more for me than excellent training in how to address an audience effectively. In addition to elocution skills, breathing technique and presentation advice, we studied and practised presence of mind and self-confidence. I will be mentioning the empowerment and benefits of this course to friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances and recommend it to anyone who wishes to start enjoying talking in public.

John's presentation day I couldn't recommend enough. It has helped me to stay calm before presenting and confident when presenting. Previous to this course I would have avoided presenting, not anymore, through John I have learned skills on how to face my fear.

The course with John was great. There were plenty of different types of exercises, lecture about psychology behind the fear of public speaking, 2 public speaking presentations per person. I met 10 great people that day, learned a lot and can't wait to use all the tips we got for my next presentation at work.
