Poor Quality Cheap Material Clothing

The quality of the clothes are not good. Very flimsy material and cheaply made. Clothing arrived more than 2 weeks later from China. No instructions on how to return goods if unsatisfied. I posted on their social media page about quality but post got taken down quickly. Honestly I wish I read the reviews before spending over $200 on clothing I will never wear. Waste of money.

This place is TERRIBLE

This place is TERRIBLE, the quality of items are so, so poor, the material is disgusting, buttons falling off, loose stitching all over every item, just so poorly made. Website makes you believe you are ordering from an Aussie store, it's not. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, sent pictures, asked for an address to send items back to. I spent alot of money on these items for a holiday and have been completely RIPPED OFF. I received an order from SHEIN after this, every item in comparison was 1 million times better than the products they are selling here but 10x the price. I am going down the consumer rights route as this is not ok.

Dodgy Chinese company- don't waste your money

Dodgy Chinese company.
You are NOT buying from Australia. The garments take weeks to be shipped and the quality is horrendous. The knits are made of cheap polyester that feel like stiff plastic, the stitching is unfinished, button loop already failed. Do not be fooled by the pretty website- it is a SCAM. They make it impossible to return items as they have a continuous sale on every item. Stay clear girls.

No tags, labels shipped from china

I purchased the sunbeam crochet blouse, it is an off cream/yellow colour, no labels, tags or product information, shipped from china in a plastic bag. Temu quality. I usually check reviews before I order however I was caught off guard this time. Very disappointing.

Poor Quality, Nothing like advertised Extremely over priced

I ordered the Sunbeam crochet blouse and when it arrived it was nothing at all like advertised. The colour was a yellowed cream and the edging was very yellow like old lace. It was VERY poor quality with lots of pieces of cotton hanging off it. I contacted them and provided photos etc and for a week they kept saying my wanting to return it was under review. So I approached them via PayPal. They then came back saying that the colour I chose was apricot - actually there is no option for choosing a colour, so I assumed that it was the colour shown in the photos. No explanation for the poor quality. Do not expect to receive items that look like the photos provided. It is closer to something you might get for $5:off Shein or similar. They are not interested in helping you as a customer and you will definitely have buyers regret.

While there isn’t a color selection menu, this is the only shade advertised, and our photos reflect that tone as accurately as possible. Cheap poor quality products and can’t return if they are in the sale! Don’t trust and don’t buy, scammers!

Your response is you will do refund, I can forward you the email from you saying no refund as it’s a sale item!! Now sent you photos of garment and await confirmation that you will refund, after saying I was going to Fair Trading!

Update - no refund being offered, poor quality garment and I want my money back. WARNING NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS!!

Poor Communication

Twice I have attempted to reach out to this company and I'm yet to receive a response. This is disappointing, as they were referred to me by a friend. They're clothes look amazing and of high quality, however unfortunately, I cannot say the same about their customer service.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. They present themselves as an Australian company but the goods are shipped direct from China with no labels/ branding in a plastic bag.
They inflate their original pricing so that they can reduce and list as a ‘sale’ item. The quality and fit is very different to what is described and how they are presented. I wouldn’t pay more than $30 each for the 2 dresses I purchased but I paid $75 each. Then when you ask to return they tell you it’s a sale item so you can only return if you pay shipping. Then they want to charge you $35 each item for shipping which is ridiculous when the most you can pay for 2kg is under $5. I would not recommend purchasing from this company, they are a scam business.

I ordered 4 dresses and some sandals…

I ordered 4 dresses and some sandals from this company. Order number 2571.
One of the zuleika dresses I ordered wasn't even in the parcel when it arrived . The luna dress that I paid $120 for that was not on sale, was not the dress they sent . The luna dress was advertised on their website as a cotton, recycled polyester blend but the dress i received was horrible polyester, elastine cheap, nasty fabric .
I emailed this company twice as soon as I received my package to tell them , one dress was missing, and the other dress was not the dress I ordered . I also included photos .
I have not had any response at all .
I am so disappointed and feel I have been scammed by thepureboho .
Their website is deceitful . The dresses shown are not the dresses I received, and one is still missing.
I would like a refund on the Luna dress as it is not the correct item.
I will never purchase from again .
You pay decent money and get crappy fabric from china , not Australia as the website leads you to believe.
I Would not recommend them to anyone.
.... and still no response to my emails to help rectify the issues.
Terrible fabric , Terrible customer service, but they are obviously happy to rip honest , hard working people off by being dishonest.

Worst quality dresses

Worst quality dresses, I've ever bought online (gift) Material is like recycled plastic straws or one of those plastic waterproof table cloths from the $2 shop, completely unbreathable and unwearable if you live in FNQ. The quality is atrocious and delivery took a full month. Don't waste your money hideous clothing and the return policy is impossible.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They lift photos from Pinterest and Ali express and pass them off as their own on their website and social media pages.
They are an Australian company in name only. My skirt was shipped directly from China. I bought the Bendita skirt and it looked nothing like the photos. Cheap material. Lining inside was white- different from photos. They have already blocked me on fb when I tried to share my experience.

Your record keeping must be as accurate as your 'designs'
We emailed back and forth a few times as you did not email a tracking order or purchase confirmation. Then you supplied the number but not the name of the postal service used. And I could find no information on your website of which courier you used. This and your slow responses to emails is what prompted the deep dive into your social media and website.
A simple google image search shows that the images are not your original designs. The skirt I received and the skirt in your pictures are not the same material. False advertising.

Boho-bullshit

Be very careful when ordering from this site. It looks good but I call boho-bullshit. Look at the photos, they are random and don't show full front/back pictures of items and they are heavily edited which changes the colours and tones. Hi 'Clara', I have a few questions. The site claim 'born in australia' and 'designed in australia' (by who? And where?) Maybe it was once Australian owned but it doesn't seem like it anymore. 'Ehically sourced materials' ( sourced from where? A lot of it is polyester and elastic) and they plant one tree for every purchase made 😂 who plants the trees? Where are the trees planted? What trees are you planting?

Great customer service

I ordered 3 items from Pure Boho, however when they arrived, 2 of the items were incorrect.
I reached out to the team, sent photos of the incorrect items and after investigating, they offered either store credit or a full refund.
The whole process was stress free and communication from the team was great.
I must add that the quality of the clothing was great and I had no issues with that side of things. Their warehouse simply made an error and sent the incorrect items.
