Ordered the wrong size radiator with next day delivery. Phoned sales and the guy nimbly changed it for me and issued a refund for the difference right away, keeping the same delivery time. Package arrived on time containing the correct size radiator.

Great coloured radiator
Great coloured radiator, arrived within expected delivery time. Would have given 5 stars if the bracket box had been securely sealed! On lifting the radiator out, the brackets fell out of the box chipping them, not much of a problem as the chips can’t be seen.

Chris was brilliant
I recently visited the Radiator Warehouse in Leyland and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.
Chris spent a good hour with me in the branch, going through the BTU requirements for each room and explaining everything clearly so I could choose the right radiators. I replaced the radiator in my lounge and two in the kitchen, and he made sure I understood exactly what I needed.
He showed me a range of styles, talked me through the differences, and even advised on colours. I went with black in the end, (after initially thinking I wanted white to blend with the wall) and it looks great.
Delivery was arranged for a day and time that suited me, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
I walked in knowing very little about radiators, but left feeling confident in the choices I’d made. Chris went above and beyond, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of customer service.
My new radiators look great, and I’d happily recommend the Radiator Warehouse to anyone.
