Still awaiting refund
Had to cancel order an order for radiators and valves. The valves had been delivered and were refunded within 2 days of them receiving the return. The radiators were never delivered as they said they would just cancel the order and refund. 1 month later and I have still not been refunded for the radiators.

For this particular item, we work with a delivery partner who assists with fulfilment, and unfortunately your cancellation wasn't verified as promptly as it should have been. I've now processed your refund, and I can confirm the order has been closed.

These radiators are excellent quality and the website makes it really easy to order everything you need. The delivery times are exceptionally fast. I would definitely recommend this company based purely on my own experience.

Excellent price and service
Excellent price and service. Only problem was delivery caused an upset as they gave us an early morning time but didn't arrive until late afternoon. Caused some grief as had to get my granddaughter collected from nursery
