I purchased a new Rehasence Icon 35 Transit Wheelchair from the Ramp Factory at a very competitive price. Ordering was easy on their website and it was delivered safely and very quickly. You could not expect any thing better.

We measured the depth of threshold and ordered the Rubber Threshold Ramp. It was delivered next day.

We found that our measurements were out and we needed the next size up. We talked with the Customer Services and the return, refund and reorder were sorted and the Ramp (next size up) was delivered the very next day.

Had to wait weeks for Social Services assessment. Found these solid rubber ramps, although a little expensive, they are substantial and excellent. Ordered and delivered the following day so, all in all excellent service.
