I have to say dealing with ref stop was…
I have to say dealing with ref stop was a pleasure . Good value for money etc . If I had a negative, then it would be I spent 148 sterling and due to brexit as I live in Republic of Ireland I had to pay 77 euro customs which left a severe sour taste. That’s not ref stops fault but would discourage me from buying again

Excellent customer service.
I made an order from the Ref stop and when delivered, there was 2 items missing. I phoned the Ref stop and straight away spoke to someone, I think it was Rachel. I explained about my missing items and after Rachel looked through the system to see why the items were missing, couldn't understand why but instead, straight away offered to post me the 2 items.
I received the items the following day. What was even better is how she spoke to me with lots of care, humility and great personality. This customer experience was outstanding. Credit where its due. Thank you to The Ref stop.
