I ordered two pairs of gloves, both medium, one fits nicely, the other way to big.

wore these out for the first time today as it was cold and my fingers were still like ice after taking the dog for a walk, my woollen gloves are warmer than these

Their gloves are NOT waterproof, don't buy
Their gloves that are advertised as being WATERPROOF are NOT! The video shows water being poured over, but the water dribbling off my waterproof jacket sleeve soaked through after a little while. Waterproof these ain't!

Don't use this company
Gloves marked as 'on the way' since 8th January. It's now the 22nd and no reply from the company to my email enquiry.
Starting to think I've been scammed.
Judging by the other reviews it looks like a conversation with trading standards is about to be had.

I do not have particularly large hands…
I do not have particularly large hands but the largest size was tight and restricted circulation. These gloves are thin and really not warm.

The gloves don't keep my hands warm at…
The gloves don't keep my hands warm at all and they are very uncomfortable at the fingertips due to poor unfinished sewing. I have emailed for a refund/return but have had no reply.

Order arrived and one pair of the gloves are split. Have tried contacting them 3 times now but received no response.

Ok, but smell of chemicals
Gloves arrived in good time and appear ok visually
(1 week) but there is a strong and unpleasant chemical smell to them. Not sure if it will go in the wash but wouldn’t buy again

Good price and product
Good price and product, ships from China but my delivery was well within the promised time frame. This despite it being 10 days to Xmas when the order was placed. Goods arrived Xmas eve.
However carrier came up as scam on AVG. I had no problem with service but AVG flag was a bit alarming.Overall happy with result.
