Great Service
Great Service. Staff at all levels were efficient and friendly. Pick up and delivery teams arrived on time. Inspection of the carpet before cleaning identified a possible problem. Trudy (I hope that’s correct) arranged for a carpet repair person to make an assessment.
I have no hesitation in recommending The Rug Cleaning Company to anyone.

Disappointed customer
I am disappointed in the job that was done on my very expensive rug. There are dark lines on the rug which appear to be dirt and the colour has faded. Unfortunately these things only became obvious after the 48 hour policy had passed. I am also disappointed with receiving no response to my email outlining my issues. I couldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

A photo of the rug prior to cleaning was attached which showed the area of concern, for comparison with the after photo, which you included in your email. We invited you to contact us if you had any further questions. We are sorry you were disappointed and that my email was either missed or did not reach your inbox.
"We are always happy to hear from a customer when they are not satisfied so I'm glad you emailed to let us know about the dark lines on your rug.
I have had a look at the pre cleaning photos. The lines in question are present. They are a characteristic of this type of rug and are not caused by soiling. Cleaning can make these types of anomalies more prominent as the lines where obscured with soiling and less noticeable prior to cleaning.
I have attached a photo which shows the area of concern prior to cleaning.
If you have any questions, please contact me."
