The service, packaging and delivery were all excellent. The only reserve I have is that I believe I ordered 'Roasted Garlic Salt' (as one of three items) but received 'Ghost Pepper' instead. At least... Voir plus

Australian-owned, The Salt Box has the country's largest range of 100% naturally sourced salt. All food salts are made from natural sea salt while the bath and wellness salts are sustainably sourced from authentic locations around the world.
We believe not all salt is created equal. Many brands of epsom salt on the market are artificially manufactured in factories or cleaned using non-natural methods.

Top Quality Salts
I’ve used the Magnesium Oil Spray, one of the scrubs and baths salts. I tried some cooking salts, too. So good! The products are top quality, so I’m going to start using them in gift hampers. 🎁

Ugh, lack of accountability for their choices
Ugh, they use Aramex to ship things and as usual Aramex are useless. Will not be purchasing from them again while they continue to use Aramex and take no responsibility for the shitty service of THEIR CHOSEN COURIER.

Salt no32, smells and tastes soo good! Used it on meat and also use it with veggies when doing a roast. I ain't no cook but this helps my meals be better. Will buy more soon.

I ordered 25 kg of Zechstein Magnesium Chloride a few weeks ago (it's Aug 3rd 22 now). I received email that the company did not have 25 kg of Z MgCl2.
When talking to Ellissa (hope it is a right spelling) we agreed that I would get 10 kg of the salt the company had (which was delivered a few days later). The remaining 15 kg was delivered yesterday.
What I value with all of this is that I received email explaining situation, and that I could talk to the company representative. Clear and in the attitude of what we could do.

Refreshing - Both Product and Customer Service
Purchased 25kg Australian Sea Salt. Was able to pickup from the warehouse which was a simple phone call to arrange. VERY helpful and knowledgeable lady on the front desk - friendly also! Ordered and picked up the same day! Quality of product is high and I would recommend this company if you want good service and great product.

Morning Olivia, you will be happy to know your delivery is on board with the driver this morning. I can see it left the warehouse within 24hrs on Friday the 1st and has taken 7 Business Days to arrive today in QLD. Sadly there is still delays within the carrier services depending on the staff availability and drivers in the Depots and we are all pretty much reliant on our postal system no matter how hard we work in the background.
