The perfumes were delivered faster than…

The perfumes were delivered faster than expected and were excellent. I did have a leaking bottle and contact them straightaway. I was helped by Stacey who I must say was extremely helpful and excellent and sent me out a replacement
Made it a wonderful experience

I recently purchased four bottles from The Scent Reserve:
280 (inspired by Ultraviolet), 40 (inspired by White One), 199 (inspired by Fame) and 36 (inspired by Lady Million).
199 and 36 are absolutely spot on – they genuinely smell like the real perfumes and I’m really impressed with how close they are to the originals.
I can’t really comment much on 40, as I’ve never smelt the original perfume before. It’s not unpleasant, just not really my personal style, so I’ll most likely use it as a daytime, around‑the‑house scent.
Unfortunately, 280 was a big disappointment. Ultraviolet has been my signature scent for over 20 years, so I know it very well, and this one smells nothing like it to me. It reminded me strongly of Parma violet sweets, which I’m sure some people would enjoy, but it wasn’t what I was expecting and was the one I was most excited about.
That said, the customer service was excellent. I was able to return 280 and exchange it for another scent with no hassle at all, which I really appreciate. Fingers crossed there are no issues with the exchange.
Delivery was incredibly fast – everything arrived the next day, and the box and bottles were all in perfect condition.
Overall, despite one miss, I’m very happy with the products and the service, and I’d definitely consider ordering again.

Good customer service

My order has been delayed so I contacted the company customer service and had a reply in 1 minute Stacey was helping me and she was great at it .thanks to her i could solve my problem.

First time purchase. Amazing interaction

This was my first purchase from The Scent Reserve. I purchased 8x100ml bottles on a deal for something like £39.92 which worked out at less that £5 per bottle.
Along with 1 x 4 pack of airfreshners for £10.
But because it was my first time purchasing from The Scent Reserve, I took advantage of the discount code for first time customers/purchases. And recieved a discount of £14.85. I paid £3.99 delivery, and my total including delivery was £39.02. Which means i basically paid £3.15 per bottle.

8x 100ml bottles 100ml bottles of my favourite scents and x4 amazing airfreshners, again, my favourite scents. I thought was a brilliant deal.
However I wasnt going to hold my breath until they arrived as wanted to be sure they actually smelled like my favourites. You know, is it too good to be true?

The delivery was fast. And naturally I sprayed all 8 the minute they arrived and omg.....they smell soooo good!!
Exactly like the originals and the longevity of the scent is perhaps better than the original.
As not only did they last, I went to put a jacket in the cupboard and my whole cupboard smelled like the baccarat rouge dupe I had sprayed on another jacket days earlier, that had been hanging in the cupboard. It wasn't overpowering, but like I had just sprayed it on myself. They're amazing. I cant boast enough about them. And how much i paid.
The air fresheners for the car smell amazing. They're not overpowering, it's delicate but makes a statement. Like you just sprayed yourself with the perfume. I had an elder in my car, who lit up a cigarette, and i had to sit there stressed because it was stinking and disgusting. I was gutted and next day was taking the car to get a valet and when I got in the car I couldn't smell anything but the airfreshner. You wouldnt have known anyone had smoked in the car at all. the car smells phenomenal.
Their products honestly speak for themselves.

Onto the customer service at The Scent Reserve. One of the sprayers on one of the perfumes was malfunctioning.
I emailed The Scent Reserve. At 5.30pm on a Thursday evening, explaining the issue and I wont lie, didnt do a great job at trying to explain what the issue was. Within minutes I had a very kind and understanding email response from Stacey, who resolved the issue immediately, dispatching a replacement bottle. She was very kind, patient and resolved the issue within minutes. We also had a little conversation back and forth while explaining the issue and getting the information requested sent back. And she was honestly lovely. I had an amazing interaction from beginning to end with the company. From purchasing, delivery, the products themselves are amazing, then when an issue arose, they resolved it within minutes, as I said at 5.30pm on a Thursday evening. And Stacey herself represented the company in a positive, customer focused and professional manner. (So please give her the recognition).
I would and already have recommended to everyone I know, or anyone who asks what im wearing and where I got it. The brilliant thing is, after purchasing they gave me a code that I could give to friends/family/random people that ask, so they too can recieve a discount on their order. Which i know several have already utilised on the same deal I got.
If you're on the fence, I would say for the price, I promise you, youre not wasting your money, infact you will be saving future you £££££ on the expensive brand perfumes. And the company themselves are great. Very personable, and want to resolve the issues. I cant speak highly enough about them or their products.
And thank you again to Stacey who resolved the issue I had with my order.

I had a problem with delivery

I had a problem with delivery, Evri threw parcel and one bottle leaked.
Within minutes of letting them know Stacey was sorting out a replacement.
I've worked in customer service for years, and this is how it should be done.
My house smells beautiful from the leaked perfume, it smells jus as it should.
Thank you Stacey, you are a credit to the company!

Damaged fragrances in transit

I ordered some fragrances that were due to arrive today. Unfortunately evri smashed up my parcel. Within 2 minutes of emailing TSR Stacey had emailed me back, apologised for evris mistake and sent out another order of my fragrances. Can't get better service than that, thank you Stacey, you legend!

When Evri "delivered my parcel," and it wasn't actually there, I emailed and got a lovely response from Stacey.

She was quick to respond, helpful and sweet.

I've ordered from these guys for years and will continue to do so as customer service is top notch!

Amazing company and customer service

I’ve ordered at least 15 fragrances off here and loved every single one. I had a slight issue with my most recent as I received the wrong scent but Stacey from the customer service department replied to my query almost instantly and arranged a replacement
