I’m very disappointed with the quality of the dress for nearly £40!! I also waited for postage for an exceptionally long time and missed the party I was going to wear it to anyway (not that I would have worn it because it really wasn’t like the pictures) it felt like a swimming costume but in dress form. I am very disheartened indeed that I can only get a store credit when I’ve lost faith in the online shop complete now - I just want a normal refund to my bank please

Awful - not as described- certainly not a swimming costume - more a temu body suit for £5 these cost me over £30 each. Now trying to get me to close PayPal dispute - if you do take a chance make sure you protect your purchases via PayPal

Bras weren’t what I was expecting. Crop tops weren’t very nice and were a poor fit. Generally very overpriced.

Absolutely love this shapewear! It smooths everything out really nicely without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. I wore it all evening under a fitted dress and honestly forgot I even had it on. It gives such a lovely shape and made me feel so much more confident in my dress. Really impressed with the quality and fit. Would definitely recommend! ❤️

I’ve always been a little hesitant about buying things online because I’m constantly thinking, “What if it doesn’t suit me?” or “What if it looks nothing like the pictures?”
I finally took the chance and ordered a bra from this store, and I’m honestly so glad I did. It arrived nicely packaged, the quality was exactly as described, and most importantly, it fits me really well and feels so comfortable.
This purchase definitely restored my confidence in shopping online. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. 100% recommend, and I’ll definitely be purchasing again!

Unfortunately, the bra cup size was too small and the back too large. A detachable strap was also missing. D/DD cup sizes in smaller back sizes would be ideal.
I ordered seamless shapewear in the smallest size but found it too big around the tummy area. There were also seams on the leg openings, which showed through my clothing.
I was offered an exchange or return, the return being at my cost (to China!). I did feel this was a little unfair as I couldn't re-order a more suitable size and the bra was incomplete with the strap being missing.
Customer service were very helpful and they provided a solution which I was happy with.
