Shine Business Group Avis 

Absolutely fantastic and would recommend to everybody! Fantastic customer service from beginning to end, over mobile phone and email. They were transparent and upfront about costs as well as quick to respond to any queries/alterations to the quote.

I booked the Shine Group for an end of tenancy clean as we were quoted £600 by another company who demanded we do 95% of the clean… so, after shopping around we found Shine, who quoted us £275. This included a full clean without up doing any of the work!

The two ladies sent to do the clean were absolutely lovely, chatty, hardworking and transparent. They spoke to me about any problems of areas they could not get perfect to make sure I was happy. They also actively encouraged me to review their work so they could leave knowing I was happy with the work. The only downside was that they arrived half an hour late, though this was not a problem as they worked late to ensure I was getting the work I was paying for.

Upon returning the keys to the letting agency, they returned our full deposit. Additionally, the landlord was insistent on the letting agency contacting us to tell us that “it was the cleanest she had ever had the property returned to her”!!

Overall, the communication was great, booking was easy and stress free, the work was impeccable, the ladies were very friendly and they went above and beyond to make sure the clean was worth the money.

I am a supplier to The Shine Group and whilst I have not used their services personally, I can strongly recommend them.

Being a supplier, you are selling and this is where you really learn how the company operates and how you would be treated if you were a customer.

Lee and his team have been nothing but polite, professional and great to work with; If they are like this with their suppliers, it gives me great confidence in how they would treat their customers too.
