Poor Delivery Service
The delivery co. left the package on the front gate without even ringing the door bell nor notifying me. My purchase may get damage from the rain or stolen.

We work with a third-party courier for last-mile delivery, and leaving a parcel unattended without ringing the doorbell or notifying the recipient is not aligned with our expectations. While the delivery process itself is managed by the courier and is not within our direct control, we have highlighted this requirement to them on multiple occasions.
We have once again raised your feedback with the courier partner and reinforced the importance of proper handover and recipient notification. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Disappointment X2 with this outfit online purchases
The shirts I received were NOT of the same thickness nor size to the one I bought in store. I guess this is a reminder of the need to avoid buying personal items online as, in this case, it tends to end in disappointment.
