The order was shipped fast, and the shoes were as described, a good quality and fitted well.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend them.
The only very minor issue I have is that they use RM for delivery (or did for my order), and RM in my area are struggling, so a choice of named delivery would be nice.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Even though I've returned these shoes as they didn't fit what a brilliant service from start to finish. I returned these shoes on Thursday and already had an email to say refund being processed. Would definitely recommend this company

A good experience
I contacted shoe shack and the advisor was most helpful. Unfortunately the shoes were not for me. I was impressed with the speed of delivery and the more important free returns label.
I hope to get another type of shoe from them soon.

I did have problems trying to return an item bought via Ebay, but after a nice chap,Kashif , from Shoeshack helped me & arranged a return I'm now happy , it seems Ebay are the cause of my woes ....17/11/23
