I was very impressed with the service from the Shutter Studio. From an agent coming to my home to advise and listen to my needs through to the installation, all went seamlessly. The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend The Shutter Studio.

John and Stan fitted our shutters with the minimum of fuss and the maximum professionalism - clean , tidy , accurate and pleasant.I am delighted with the finished product.

Ordering the shutters was a simple process, the delivery was a simple process, however the installation was shocking, I had two separate installations, the first one being my living room bay window, 2 different colours of silicone used on my living room to seal gaps, white at the top and clear at the bottom and left hand side which look yellow and am unable to access my window handles properly so cannot take the key out once locked. The bedroom bay window looks awful there is in excess of 18mm of silicone on parts of the window frame. I called to complain about these issues, the customer service has been good and the team are due to return to rectify, I was told that they would be using slips to replace the excess silicone on the upstairs window, and that they would have to either remove the living room bay shutter completely and re align or replace the handles with a thinner version, whilst I am happy that my issues will be rectified I am concerned at the fact that the installation guys did not interact with me at any point stating these issues, I am having to have more time of work for the team to come and rectify poor quality of workmanship. Would I recommend The Shutter Studio, unfortunately not.

The team have returned to rectify the issues I stated above, the shutters now look so much better, like I stated above the customer service has been very good, the only reason I have not updated from 1 star to 5 stars is because of the initial problem.

All the staff I dealt with were all very friendly and very helpful. I was kept informed about my product right up to completion. One of the best company for service I have experienced for a while. Highly recommend them. 5 Stars all the way.

The whole experience with the Shutter Studio has been pleasant and thorough. The measuring up and quotation process was quick and efficient and fitting was excellent. Communication was very good and well managed. Thank you!

Would recommend the Shutter Studio without hesitation. Excellent quote, viewed samples and finishes and had all of my questions answered. Customer service team very responsive on email. Installation to a very high quality, very polite, efficient and clean. Paid as quoted and very happy with the result. Nice to use a family run business, rather than a large company like Hillary's.

All stages of the processes (e.g. measurement, shutter types and installation) was explained during the initial sales meeting, and all went all as discussed.

The only issue was the delay in shipment, but this was also raised during the initial meeting, and we were informed of the timescale for any delays.

Would recommend The Shutter Studio and our neighbours have been around to take a look.
