Great customer service
Ordered a sleeping bag which was due to arrive on a Thursday via Royal Mail 48 but it never arrived.
Tracking information didn't shed any light on the situation so I e-mailed The Sleeping Bag Store on Sunday evening and they phoned me Monday afternoon, apologised profusely (even though it wasn't their fault) and sent a replacement without quibble which was delivered on the Wednesday. Following the phone call, I received two e-mails explaining progress.
I am very impressed with the customer service and would buy from them again.

Amazing customer service. I phoned as my sleeping bag wasn’t delivered. Had another one sent out first class. Unsure of the persons name but they were brilliant! A credit to your team.

Great Piece of Kit
I'd promised myself one of these since taking up bike packing and because my 30 year old Thermarest is too bulky! It was on offer so I ordered it a couple of days before I headed off to camp in Scotland. It arrived super quick, in time for the trip so I tested it out over 4 nights and it was perfect in every way. The right size for me at 150cm, packs up to the size of my fist and weighs next-to-nothing. It also inflates after a mere 6/7 breaths. Superb. Great service all round too from the sleeping bag store.

Very positive experience
The correct product was shipped and delivered by post promptly. I had cause to call customer support who were very helpful - hence 5 stars. The issue was Goolgle Pay had somehow provided the wrong address but customer support shipped another item promptly so I still got my sleeping bag in time for my trip.
