Great Quailty , quick response to my quire and fast delivery.

Overall very good covers fitted our crumbling bonded leather sofa bed well however the colour way in description not so good stated brown its more very deep purple with hint of brown...

good choice of sizes and ok range of colours / patterns. ok quality. reasonable price. delivered as promised.

The covers look great and were easy to fit once we realised that we needed a size larger than recommended. Even so, as soon as anyone sits on the sofa or chair the foam tubes, that are meant to retain the fit of the cover, pop out. It's not a great problem but it would be good not to have to replace them every time the furniture is used

DO NOT purchase from this company. The goods are not as described and the quality is extremely poor. They refuse to honour their advertised 14 day free returns and do not send a returns form or returns address meaning products cannot be returned and therefore refunded.

This sofa cover is perfect. Due to the weight of the heavy sofa. I haven't secured it yet but the sofa is covered. Thank you.

Really good quality and perfect as described

Scam company, wish I’d checked trustpilot first. Took >3 weeks to arrive. Covers were cheap quality and did not fit despite ordering correct size. Upon requesting a refund, I was send automated emails offering new covers and my requests for a full refund were ignored, despite free returns being advertised on website. After more emails they offered me the option to return to France (despite co.uk domain) at my own expense (~£24) where they would ‘decide whether to refund me or not’. Thankfully obtained a full refund through PayPal who must have agreed that this is a scam company. Please save yourself the stress and do not order from Sofa Cover House or at least order via PayPal /credit card for some protection. It’s such a shame companies like this are not shut down despite many reviewers reporting the same issues with regards to sizing and returns.

Great value for money, exactly as advertised, and very good quality. Arrived promptly, well packaged, and looks lovely. Would recommend to anyone and will be keeping this company's details to re order in the future.

Despite measuring my sofas, the covers did not fit. I emailed the company about a swap for a larger size and did not get a reply. When I then tried to email about a refund I was told it would not be possible due to contacting them after 14 days of receipt, even though my first, ignored email was well within that time frame.

This is a scam!!!!!! Very poor customer service, no phone number to contact anyone ….. going round circles. I ordered sofa covers from this company. Unfortunately, they weren't suitable. The return process has been incredibly difficult. Despite the parcel/order came from the UK, they asked for the return to be sent to an address in France. I requested their contact number so that the courier company could get in touch, but they didn’t provide it. I incurred steep postage costs and once it reached the address provided, they refused to accept the return parcel from the courier company. I've been chasing this for weeks, provided all the required information, but they continue to make excuses. All I want is my refund, but they are not cooperating.

It is a very nice cover and is a beautiful wine colour.

Pleased with the purchase as it has updated the chair perfectly.

The delivery was longer than expected, due to where the chair covers were coming from. We were in no rush.

Love the colour, has brightened up the old green leather sofa and chairs I have in the conservatory. As I fitted them on my own it took about 2 hours to fit.

Good communication about delivery and arrived on time.

The cover was the wrong size, by a whole size.

Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I never did get to return the item. Had the cover fitted I would have been delighted.

It turned up when you said it was going to full stop and it was what I required smartens up my lounge no end

Easy to fit butone of the tapes came off and found they were not quite long enough.Very pleased with material lovely and soft and keeps its shape.
